Hi Kevin - glad you like it. The back end is actually really similar to the one in Elemental (since The Local is a child theme of Elemental). Also there are some videos showing The Local on the product page.

I'm using the free Mimbo 3.0 them on my site TheDiscerningPhotographerand have been pleased, although as I develop more content for my site and start to try to monetize it, I'm thinking a second widgetized sidebar would be really useful....this allows that, yes?

Great looking theme. I played with Mimbo 2 and it was too complicated for my limited programming skis. Is this easier to manage?
